Belfast, Northern Ireland, 5 June 2009 - Andor Technology plc (Andor), a world leader in scientific imaging and spectroscopy solutions, will exhibit at Laser World of Photonics in Munich, Germany, from 15 – 18 June.
Andor will exhibit on Stand 613 in Hall B1 and will present their wide range of Low Light Imaging Cameras, Spectroscopy Solutions and Microscopy Systems.
On their stand, Andor will demonstrate the Shamrock 303 spectrograph with the Andor Newton. This combination can be used for such applications like Spectral Flow Cytometry, and Ultra-sensitive FRET Spectroscopy.
As well as this, they will demonstrate their iXon+ EMCCD camera, and the new Andor Clara Interline CCD. The iXon+ can be used for many applications including Super Resolution Microscopy and Single Molecule Detection, with the Clara offering the highest sensitivity performance available for a high-resolution interline CCD camera.
Also on display, will be Andor’s Luca R. The high Quantum Efficiency, low read noise and down to sub-second frame read out from this EMCCD, represent excellent tools for high-throughput testing of individual photovoltaic cells and larger panels, making the Luca-R, ideal for Photovoltaic Electroluminescence Imaging.
