When returning products for repair please include any relevant accessories, which include: PCI cards, communication cables and power supplies for each product, as this may save time later.
Follow the instructions for the decontamination form, which needs to be completed and forwarded before Andor Technology plc. can begin any work on the returned product. This is a mandatory requirement.
The responsibility and expense for the return of the system lies with the customer, therefore, when returning the system please ensure that it is returned in packaging robust and suitable enough to safeguard the products integrity within from such dangers that include, but are not limited to, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and volatile movement of the package. On completion of the repair the system will be returned to you at Andor’s expense.
When shipping the product clearly identify the outer packaging with all relevant RMA numbers (RXXXXX), to the office address that has been requested. Please see below:
