Real-time live-cell super-resolution imaging

Here we present data acquired using SRRF-Stream on a conventional widefield microscope with LED illumination. We demonstrate the results of combining SRRF-Stream with various modalities of the microscope, such as multi-colour imaging, time-lapse imaging and z-stacks, on both fixed and live samples.
