Training and Installation

At Andor we are committed to providing the best training and installation of your Revolution system, and sharing our expertise with our customers to ensure that their new systems are operational and productive.

Training and installation support is available and typically delivered on-site globally. Training is also available in our offices in Belfast, North Carolina and Connecticut.

Installation programs include:

• System start-up, alignment and configuration of hardware and software
• Instruction on preventive maintenance & basic troubleshooting
• Integration with other 3rd party peripherals
• Demonstration of iQ software features and navigation
• Data management and storage
• Demonstration of Light Sources / Lasers
• Guidance on application usage
• Assay development

We regularly review the standard of our training and all our training is provided by Certified Trainers.

There are 3 packages available:

1 Day On-Site

This is full installation and basic training to ensure users are competent with System

2 Day On-Site

This is full installation and intermediate training covering some areas of maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure users are proficient with system

3 Day On-Site

Full installation and comprehensive training along with maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure users are expert in system.
