To help you evaluate our software and see the kind of data that a top laboratory can produce, we have teamed up with Helix3 Inc., the leading contract research lab for the comet assay. The Helix3 staff has conducted more GLP comet assay studies than anyone in the world. Helix3 Inc. has kindly provided two data sets to show high quality data obtained with the Andor’s DBV. To obtain access to the DBV program and the two databases, simply register on the Andor website and return to this page were you can download the DBV.
Once downloaded, install the DBV software on your preferred evaluation machine and run it. Simply open the Helix3 databases from within the DBV (passwords will be supplied at the time of registration), and Now you can use all of the clever tools to visualize distributions, compare treatments, create image galleries and perform decoding of the database for treatment response analysis. Then you can share with your colleagues and collaborators.
